Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1 business days.
If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for a refund. If you need assistance with an exchange, please reach out to us at support@diyandplus.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
We take great care in packaging your order, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
